Merge onto I-81 N heading toward Virginia
Take Exit 3 (on the Virginia side) onto Hwy 381 which becomes Commonwealth Avenue in Bristol, Virginia
At the fifth stop light, you will cross State Street. Commonwealth Avenue in Bristol, Virginia becomes Volunteer Parkway in Bristol, Tennessee
After crossing State Street, merge into the left lane
At the next stop light, turn left onto Anderson Street. Stay in the left lane.
Take the second left onto 7th street. You will be coming in behind The Old Custom House
Stay on 7th Street to the four-way stop sign at 7th and Shelby Street
Turn right onto Shelby Street
The Old Custom House parking lot is the next right
From Roanoke, VA:
Merge onto I-81 S heading toward Tennessee

Take Interstate 26 W/ US-23 N
Enter into Tennessee
Take Exit 17 toward Bristol
Merge onto TN 381-N
Keep left at the fork and follow the signs for US-19W N/US-11E N/Bristol and merge onto US-11E N/US-19W N/ Bristol Highway
You will pass the Bristol Motor Speedway
Keep following 11E on into town, passing Fatz Restaurant and Applebees
Turn right onto Shelby Street
Go straight through the next stop sign
The Old Custom House parking lot is just after you cross the Shelby and 7th Street intersection in the black gated area
